What is Aromatherapy?

Aromatherapy is a holistic treatment that uses natural plant extracts to promote health and well-being.
Its is also known as Essential Oil therapy.
Essential oils are the volatile, aromatic, non-water soluble liquids obtained by steam, or other forms of distillation of botanicals.
Different parts of the plants can be used to obtain essential oils, including the flowers, leaves, seeds, roots, stems, bark, wood, etc.

HISTORY
The Beginning and end of medicinal drugs stems from natural plants.
Humans have used herbs, roots, juices from the beginning of history, for healing cosmetics and spiritual applications.
